-Discussion about increasing patient use of online tool Patches and the purpose of it

-Update about PCN chronic pain clinics, inclusion and exclusion criteria

-Discussion about practice attempts to increase PPG attendance, poster displayed at the board in the waiting room or by online joining.

-Discussion about practice attempt to increase online prescriptions ordering to free phone line for other queries.

-Update about practice plan to replace current phone system to improve calls processing and cut down queuing time, delay from the NWL procurement team and still awaiting approval.
