Hounslow Connect is an online information, advice and guidance hub which links people in Hounslow quickly and easily to the local support that you need. It brings together all of the services that are provided by Hounslow Council, our voluntary and community groups and our health partners on.
It is run by the Hounslow Connect Team, part of Hounslow Council, working alongside the voluntary sector, local charities and public sector partners as part of Hounslow Council’s Community Solutions offer.
